Workplace Giving CampaignsCommunity Health Charities, Combined Federal Campaign, United Way
The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona is reliant on the generous donations of individuals who support the programs we provide the patients and families diagnosed with epilepsy and the education we make available to the general public on epilepsy and seizures.
Many Arizona organizations including Allstate, APS, American Express, Bank of America, Boeing of Mesa, Google, Honeywell, Intel, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, PepsiCo , Phoenix Coyotes, SRP, and the cities of Goodyear, Glendale, Phoenix, and Tucson participate in workplace giving campaigns.
We are very proud to partner with Community Health Charities of Arizona (CHC-AZ) each
year, as they help us unite our cause with donors in many of the Valley’s best places to work. They connect the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona with donors who are able to take advantage of recurring gifts thru payroll deduction. If you would like to open a Community Health Charities of Arizona workplace giving campaign in your company, please call (623) 362.2020 or visit www.healthcharities.org/arizona

To see if there are currently any workplace giving programs in place, check with your Human Resources Department. If your company currently does not participate in a giving campaign, suggest one so that you may show your support of the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona.
A matching gift, also known as a matching fund or matching donation is a charitable gift made toward a non-profit organization by a matching donor (e.g., an employer) under the provision that an original donor (e.g., an employee) first makes a gift toward that organization.
Many companies in Arizona have programs in which an employer will match employees’ gifts to qualified charities. Some companies may even make monetary donations to match their employees’ volunteer service.
Ask your Community Relations Coordinator or Human Resources Manager if your company will match your gift to the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona. If your company does not currently offer a matching program, please encourage them to make it a policy for the future. A simple request may help your dollar go twice as far to help Arizona’s epilepsy community.
If your employer does offer a matching gift program, you may need to provide our Tax ID number to ensure the donation is sent to the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona. Our Tax ID number is 86-6080639. Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships
