Amber Sweeney Memorial Scholarship
The Amber Sweeney Memorial Scholarship assists an individual with epilepsy to continue her/his education. The scholarship is in memory of Amber Sweeney (pictured), a Prescott resident who died as a result of a seizure.
College students currently under the care of a physician for their epilepsy are eligible. Students must be a resident of Arizona and attending an accredited Arizona college.

UCB Family Epilepsy Scholarship Program
The UCB Family Epilepsy Scholarship Program™ offers educational scholarships to people living with epilepsy, family members and caregivers to help them fulfill their dreams. Since 2005, UCB has awarded over $1,900,000 in scholarships to more than 380 deserving people who have applied their awards to undergraduate and graduate studies.

Arizona Community Foundation Scholarship Program
Through the Arizona Community Foundation‘s online system containing more than 90 scholarship opportunities, high school seniors and college students complete one application and are automatically matched with available scholarships, based upon their qualifications.

Arizona MENTOR’s services help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities succeed in the communities they call home.

AAHD Frederick J. Krause Scholarship on Health and Disability
The AAHD Frederick J. Krause Scholarship on Health and Disability is awarded annually to a deserving student with a disability who is pursuing undergraduate/graduate studies (must be at least enrolled as a Junior in college) in an accredited university who is pursuing studies related to the health and disability, to include, but not limited to public health, health promotion, disability studies, disability research, rehabilitation engineering, audiology, disability policy, special education and majors that will impact quality of life of persons with disabilities.LEARN MORE

The Alpine Recovery Bi-Annual Essay Contest Scholarship
Twice a year, the Alpine Recovery Lodge awards $1,000 to students in need to help them receive the education they deserve. High school seniors, undergrads, and graduate students are welcome to apply. Applicant must be a resident of Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona or Nevada. To apply, please submit an essay detailing how addiction has directly affected you. CURE Education Enrichment Fund
Made possible by the generous funding of Lundbeck, the CURE Education Enrichment Fund program is a one-time scholarship (up to $5,000) for those living with epilepsy, family members & caregivers.
